As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing leads through the sales pipeline by actively reaching out through phone calls and emails to generate interest for our products.

You will identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  2. Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
  3. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  4. Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.
  5. Setting appointments and following up on leads.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
