Job Overview:

The HR Services Delivery Coordinator is a key member of the HR Shared Services team, responsible for executing Hyva Group's HR policies, handling first-line HR inquiries, and providing HR administration support. This role will support various HR projects in Central and Eastern European countries, driving growth and creating a leading employee experience in a fast-changing and growing organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to general HR questions and inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience through the HR ticketing and support system.
  • Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, health and life insurance programs, reports, and data collection and processing related to personnel and regulations.
  • Administer data in HR information systems.
  • Prepare reports and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Execute training and development plans.
  • Support the performance management cycle.
  • Update employee records with changes in the employee lifecycle.
  • Implement HR policies across the organization.
  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees.
  • Monitor labor laws and adapt internal policies as needed.
  • Assist the Payroll Coordinator as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, People Operations, or related experience.
  • Strong professional and HR operational knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact, motivate others, build support, and establish trust.
  • Intermediate or business-level proficiency in Dutch, Italian, or English.
