Job Title: Head of HR Operations and Payroll EMEA

Job Summary:

Huntsman Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of HR Operations and Payroll EMEA to lead the transformation of HR services across the region. As a key member of the global HR team, you will drive strategic initiatives, standardize processes, and optimize technology to deliver exceptional HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a regional HR strategy aligned with the global HR vision, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Process Standardization: Standardize and optimize HR processes across the EMEA region, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global HR teams to implement worldwide initiatives and projects, ensuring consistency and excellence across all HR operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners, key customers, and site leadership teams, ensuring proactive understanding of service needs and business expectations.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, inspiring confidence in our services and engaging stakeholders at all levels, driving a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee HR service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, tracking and reporting on performance using KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leader: A strong leader with experience in HR service delivery and payroll management at the regional level, with a track record of optimizing processes and implementing change.
  • SSC Environment Experience: Extensive experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within an SSC.
  • Global Mindset: Experience in a multinational environment, with a collaborative approach to working with global teams, and a broad understanding of European employment law and payroll models.
  • Change Agent: A passion for driving change, managing transitions, implementing new processes, and fostering a service-minded culture.
  • Collaborative & Engaging: A natural communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and inspire confidence in HR services.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HR systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance service delivery and drive efficiency.
