Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Alight in Krakow. As a GPO Junior Specialist, you will play a key role in providing HR operational and administrative support for Alight employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR operational and administrative support for Alight employees, including data management and processing.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, employees, managers, vendors, and HR teams to process data related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Support various HR processes, including referrals, medical checks, health and safety, job changes, leave of absence, and payroll-related cases.
  • Manage transactions and data accuracy, ensuring timely completion of all required system steps and document preparation.
  • Participate in HR international projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and autonomously work on assigned cases to meet tight deadlines.
  • Independent decision-making approach, flexible and proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical approach.
  • Good team working and communication skills, high level of attention to details, and fluent English (C1 level preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of HR employment cycle, hiring process, and/or background checking.
  • Cross-cultural competence and 3-6 months of experience in HR, payroll, data administration, recruitment, or consulting.
  • Experience with tools Workday, Excel, and SpringCM.
