About the Role


We are looking for a talented Customer Support Representative to join our team at Uncapped.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers via various communication channels, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the application process, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to our support processes.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of our support knowledge base to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Perform operational tasks essential for ensuring customer efficiency.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in a customer support role, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, strong active listening skills, and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with Hubspot being an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis, with one week in every three on US hours.
