Role Overview

As a Team Leader, Order Management, you will lead and develop a high-performing order management team, ensuring its effective performance and smooth transition of responsibilities. You will monitor key performance indicators, implement supply chain strategic goals, and ensure operational efficiency through perfect order fulfilment, reliable production, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the order management team
  • Ensure a smooth transition of order management responsibilities
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement supply chain strategic goals
  • Ensure operational efficiency
  • Offer solutions in case of deviations from supply or logistics plans
  • Liaise between team members and managers in daily operations
  • Provide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities
  • Develop effective working relationships and networks with sales, logistics, and other supply teams
  • Work with an international customer base


Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in team leadership
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, customer business, product and service offering, and minimum three years of working experience
  • Good knowledge of IT tools, such as Salesforce, COL, SAP, OBI
  • Effective communication and cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with other languages considered an asset
  • Customer and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
  • Enthusiasm for renewal and changes
