As the Head of Revenue Risk, you will be responsible for leading our 2nd line defence team, comprising risk managers and risk model developers. Your leadership skills will be crucial in driving a cultural change across our organization, focusing on building a strong risk culture that supports our climate and sustainability ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and leading your new team, including driving team spirit and recruiting the right talent.
  • Leading the way on a strengthened risk management practice by shaping the future 2nd line in Oststed, pioneering within the energy industry.
  • Developing and enforcing fit-for-purpose revenue risk policies, ensuring effective risk management by the 1st line.
  • Ensuring that 2nd line risk models cover all material risks within the scope of revenue and financial risks.
  • Providing timely and relevant risk reporting to the board of directors and internal risk committees.

Requirements:
  • Good people leadership skills, with experience in building and leading teams.
  • Experience with the implementation of 3 lines of defense, preferably from a 2nd line role.
  • Risk management expertise and ability to set ambitions and requirements for 2nd line risk models.
  • Strong personal and professional relationships, and experienced in role-modeling a sound and professional risk culture.
  • Expertise in policy development and implementation, aligning policies with strategic objectives.
