We are seeking a skilled Administrative Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive transformation by managing key projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, and automation across administrative functions.
Your tasks:
- Lead and implement diverse projects with a focus on administrative process improvements, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
- Analyze the current operational landscape, track financial and performance KPIs, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and meet targets.
- Oversee project conception, planning, execution, and successful delivery while managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams, serving as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Your profile:
- A degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within administrative or corporate service environments; familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
