We are a global strategic and technical consultancy partner specializing in Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access as well as Health Economics and Outcomes Research.

As we expand, we seek a detail-oriented professional to support our Contract Manager in efficiently managing client and subcontractor agreements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date record of all contracts, ensuring deadlines and renewal dates are monitored, and reviewing contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Contract Tracking & Management: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including Confidentiality Agreements (CDA), Master Services Agreements (MSA), and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Document Review & Organization: Assist in reviewing contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Support contract processes with subcontractors, ensuring agreements align with project scopes and company standards.

Requirements:

  • 2-year experience in contract administration or legal support.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and basic contract structures (CDA, MSA, SOW).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
