The Company is expanding its presence in Poland, positioning it as the strategic hub for its EMEA production operations. They seek a driven leader with a passion for innovation to oversee production processes at a cutting-edge facility in Poland, with plans to manage multiple EMEA locations.

Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, leveraging lean and agile methods to optimize efficiency and delivery timelines. Design and implement a tailored production system to elevate quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of production processes at a cutting-edge facility in Poland
  • Fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Designing and implementing a tailored production system
  • Developing investment plans for infrastructure and talent

Requirements:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Engineering, Production Technologies, or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in production management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Skill in lean tools and structured production environment
  • Analytical thinking and complex challenge tackling
  • Fluent communication in English
