About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Nordic Team Manager to join our Majorel Poland Global team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead a dynamic team in a rapidly growing organization.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing activities that drive business growth and success. Your strong leadership skills, people management expertise, and ability to inspire and motivate your team will be essential in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of the team and direct team members, including setting direction, targets, and prioritization.
  • Making it possible to achieve targets by removing obstacles and supporting team interactions with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the right staffing levels, placement of resources, and tasks within the overall team.
  • Driving training for personnel and finding the best fit for the team and individuals.
  • Planning and organizing daily work tasks, managing through weekly governance meetings, and empowerment.
  • Competence development, coaching, and developing personnel.
  • Change Management, driving performance & improvements in your responsibility area, and creating a performance management culture for the team.
  • Stakeholder Management & Networking, ensuring the team contributes to other functions, Special Services Nordic, and supports overall Nordic strategy & business goals.
Qualifications

You must have:

  • Good people leadership skills, leadership experience is required.
  • A positive mindset and ability to inspire and lead the team.
  • Customer service skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Analytical skills and ability to create insights, flair with numbers, and MS Excel.
  • Process and organization skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Fluent written and verbal), ability to work with people from different cultural and language backgrounds.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business or similar.
  • Preferably work experience from the financial sector, payment industry.
  • Experience from Dispute handling (major international card schemes) will be positive.
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finnish) and English (speaking and writing). Additional language is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between 5500-7000 PLN per month, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive various benefits, including hybrid working options, mobile phone/internet subsidy, trainings and courses, sports benefits, entertainment events for employees, medical insurance, pension scheme (PPK), competition award, life, accident & critical illness Insurance, paid sick leave, and referral bonus. You will also enjoy 20/26 days of holiday.
