Sell solutions that transform the way businesses work. Responsible for a portfolio of products and services, you'll develop in-depth expertise to advise customers on complex infrastructure needs.

You'll work closely with our Outside Sales teams to provide technical guidance during sales interactions. Your subject matter expertise will help customers navigate product features, configurations, pricing, and availability.

We're looking for a skilled professional who can proactively identify customer business needs and create tailored solutions using Dell's products and services. If you're passionate about driving business success through innovative technology, join us as a Business Development Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with senior-level technical and functional personnel to understand their business needs.
  • Demonstrate the value of Professional services/Consulting to advance customer business objectives.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership to customers on the applicability of complex products and services.
  • Act as a Services SME for customers to help meet and exceed their business goals.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a keen grasp of transformational trends in the IT industry, including Data and Artificial Intelligence, Multi-cloud Solutions and Services & Business Resiliency Solutions, and Application Modernization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling IT advisory/consulting services, complex infrastructure solutions, and managed services. Vertical sales experience in selling solutions in at least two sectors, such as Healthcare, Telecommunications, Public Sector, or FSI, is also essential.

In addition, exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with customers at C-Level and Technical Management levels.

Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
