To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar scientific field. You must also have fluent Italian language skills and average English language skills to work in an international environment. Additionally, you will need to have chemistry background - Technical product knowledge, strong process and IT capabilities, ability to work with little or no supervision, organized, methodical and able to multi-task, excellent listening, communication, very good relationship skills, result focused, action oriented, good customer service ethic, and previous sales experience preferred but not required.
