As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of accounting professionals. Your expertise in financial reporting and compliance will ensure that our financial statements are accurate and meet the highest standards.

You will work closely with our regional and global finance teams to ensure that our financial reporting is aligned with our business objectives. Your ability to motivate and lead your team will be essential in achieving our goals.

Our Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in financial audit and/or accounting
  • Proven experience in leadership role (managing teams +5 employees)
  • Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Knowledge of accounting systems e.g. ERP / SAP
  • Ability to motivate team members to achieve targets and service levels agreed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels; ability to adjust communication to target audience
  • Ability to multi-task with strong ability to prioritize and strong sense of judgement
  • Pro-active, open-minded personality
  • Fluent English and Polish

We are responsible for the financial statements of the legal entities and ensure financial compliance with local legislation and Group accounting guidelines. We keep our Business Partners informed about the financial development of the entities.
