As an End-to-End Testing Expert for Digital Transformation you will play a crucial role in piloting the testing activities of our Communication Modernisation initiatives.

You will be part of a dynamic team working together to implement innovative communication solutions applying new technologies and highest security standards to deliver customer-focused service enhancements.

  • Design the overall testing and release strategy of the Communication Modernization epics using a Risk-Based Approach following the Target Operating Model and in compliance with SDLC processes and controls in place.
  • Be responsible for planning dependencies management budget estimation and follow-up of related testing activities including test environment management.
  • Lead and supervise the timely execution of testing activities coordinate activities handle dependencies across Squads address test impediments in coordination with Squads Scrum Masters EDOs and other collaborators as relevant.
  • Engage with partners in various areas and at all levels of the organisation fostering alignment and collaboration drive or participate in alignment meetings across the organisation produce contribute to or review required test progress report build consensus of the organisation around Test Summary Report conclusions and Go/NoGo recommendation.
  • Provide support or coaching to testers involved in the initiatives contribute to continuous improvement of test practices.
