To further our success story, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who will support Key Account Managers in delivering exceptional services to our key clients.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position with significant internal responsibilities. To be successful, you must be driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and excel in fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to support operational delivery of services to key clients.
  • Ensure project goals are met within scope, budget, and timelines constraints.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals.
  • Facilitate effective team meetings, providing clear direction and support to promote a cohesive and productive working environment.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and project teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and delivered upon.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management.
  • A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations.
  • A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients.
  • A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
  • A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level).

Based on industry standards and Polish market conditions, the estimated annual salary for this role is approximately 60,000 - 80,000 PLN.
