As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, collecting overdue payments, and collaborating with other teams to ensure effective collections processes. Your expertise in Italian language skills will be essential in communicating with customers and resolving complex issues. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess:
- French level B2/C1
- English level B2
- At least 1 year of experience in OTC Collection area
- Experience in accounting background & expertise
- Strong customer focus
- Collection expirience
- HORECA customers
- Ability to deal with resistance
- Understanding of end2end Order to Cash process-Business knowledge
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centers)
- Negotiation skills
