Key Responsibilities:

As a Cash Collection Specialist at TE Connectivity Corporation, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the migration of O2C processes from European countries to Krakow
  • Performing cash collection processing, including reminders and customer communication
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and managing blocked sales orders
  • Assisting with Credit Management activities, such as aging analysis, dunning, and credit risk review
  • Researching and resolving customer disputes and monitoring accounts for non-payments or delays
  • Executing O2C reporting and monitoring KPIs to ensure performance
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures


To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, are also required. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and German (B1) is essential.
