At Alstom, we're looking for a skilled Industrial Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Katowice.

This role involves working closely with the team to ensure that all quality requirements are met and to optimize the manufacturing processes. By doing so, you will contribute to the achievements of customer satisfaction, business goals, and continuous improvements.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in quality engineering and quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the railway industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and processes, such as ISO 9001, and knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality-related software.
