We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for reconciling transactions and holdings of investment portfolios to data received from external portfolio providers, using a state-of-the-art web-based system.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients from the financial industry to understand their needs and provide expert reconciliation services.
  • Work as part of a project team responsible for a project in investments/reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Contribute to a multinational team responsible for extending existing business functions for clients, leveraging your expertise in financial data analysis.
  • Practice reconciling transactions and holdings of investment portfolios to data received from external portfolio providers, using a state-of-the-art web-based system.
  • Work with data engineers to automate reconciliation processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build productive internal/external working relationships by communicating proactively and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English (C1) and good French (B1/B2) language skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field of finance, with a basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, including derivatives, futures, forwards, options, swaps, shares, and bonds.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel.
  • Dynamic problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
