IT Service Manager

Join our team at PEPCO, a leading European discount retailer, and take on the challenge of managing our IT services. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our IT services, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service levels, optimize service quality, and improve customer satisfaction through effective service management and change support.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on SLA/KPI attainment for relevant areas.
  • Act as a single point of contact for key business users, handling critical incidents, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Organize service reviews for partners and customers, planning and implementing action plans if necessary.
  • Capture and articulate requirements for service/contract changes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide input to the Continual Service Improvement Plan.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education in IT or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL service operations processes.
  • Strong knowledge of information technologies (computer hardware/software/operating systems).
  • Good English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong team work, communication, problem-solving, client orientation, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented personality.
