About the Job

As the Integrated Marketing & Events Specialist for TE Connectivity's Energy Business Unit, you will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance assessment of live and virtual events, including tradeshows, exhibitions, customer events, open houses, seminars, and webinars.

You will work closely with key distributors in EMEA to implement multichannel marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute 5-10 events per year across EMEA, leveraging your expertise in event marketing and project management.
  • Design and implement effective communication strategies to amplify event reach and optimize lead follow-up.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to create captivating booth designs, product displays, and experiences that reflect our brand values and business objectives.
  • Supervise vendor services for booth materials, promotional items, and sales enablement resources, ensuring seamless execution across EMEA.
  • Partner with distributors to design and execute co-op marketing initiatives, encompassing digital campaigns, events, and incentive programs, while monitoring performance.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of product data to distributors, incorporating BMEcat format for product catalog integration.
  • Manage user funds in MARCOS: TE's co-op marketing system.
  • Support corporate branding efforts, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in international B2B marketing.

Proven skills in project management, event marketing, and channel marketing are crucial, as well as the ability to develop and manage impactful multichannel marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in working with external agencies, managing vendor relationships, and budgeting is essential.

A strong willingness to travel up to 15% within Europe and the Middle East is necessary.
