Technical Support Professional

We're on a mission to make supply chains work at project44. Our High-Velocity Supply Chain Platform revolutionizes global product movement, delivering unparalleled resiliency, sustainability, and value for our customers.

This role is key to optimizing global product movement. As the connective tissue of the supply chain, you'll enable sophisticated inventory control, exceptional customer experience, and predictive analytics through machine learning and automation.

The responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to reported problems
  • Maintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders throughout the course of a reported issue
  • Participating in customer calls as needed

You will be responsible for expanding internal and external knowledge base via technical notes and customer-facing articles, and assist colleagues with continuing education when available.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years in customer-facing technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
  • General understanding of software flow, execution, and development processes
  • Basic understanding of API and cloud technology, including basic database knowledge and utilities for monitoring and logging API transactions
