As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will be responsible for generating meaningful data-driven insights for our team and platform operations. You will analyze and extract metrics data from various systems, work spaces, and portals and use it to create presentations, reports, and dashboards related to team performance (KPIs), system metrics, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with data owners to design interactive dashboards for decision-makers.
- Locate, review, and validate data for dashboards and reports.
- Design ETL processes and specify ETL implementation requests for data owners.
- Utilize data analytics tools and visualization platforms.
- Oversee BI dashboard and ETL implementation from start to finish.
- Produce insightful presentations to assist decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
- Meet with internal stakeholders to generate insight into decision-making.
- Educate stakeholders on the role of business intelligence.
- Identify trends and areas for BI analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or similar field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position.
- Proficiency in data mining, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), data processing frameworks, and report writing.
- A working understanding of automation and database management.
- Able to leverage different ETL technologies, such as SQL, APIs, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for data.
- Problem-solving mindset and bigger-picture view of information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
