We are seeking an accomplished Tableau developer to collaborate with our esteemed client on a vital project. The initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency by leveraging AI technologies and data-driven decision-making.

The product incorporates established tools for Lean and Value Management, advancing toward a more digital approach. You will play a key role in simplifying monitoring and orchestration of operations, facilitating intelligent solutions and identifying automation opportunities.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide the business in scaling solutions and implementing best practices. Your expertise in Tableau will be crucial in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations to support business needs.

You will work closely with various technical and operational teams to manage complex situations involving multiple manufacturing sites and diverse products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business needs.
  • Extract and manipulate data from Snowflake to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Evaluate various options and present recommendations to enhance business strategies and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-driven initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding the business in scaling solutions and implementing best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum several years of experience with Business Objects XI (Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Crystal Reports)
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling and warehouse design principles
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing and prototyping BI solutions, providing realistic estimates, and determining effective testing strategies based on business requirements.
  • Fluent English

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
