About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team at OVHcloud.

About Us:

OVHcloud is a leading European cloud and hosting provider with a global presence. We offer a wide range of services that cater to various needs of individuals and businesses.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from diverse backgrounds. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to billing and administrative matters, participating in defined projects and missions, and promoting the image of OVHcloud as a company with strong expertise and excellent customer support.

Your Impact:

Within six months, you will have gained independence in recognizing and troubleshooting standard issues brought by customers, understood the company's product portfolio, and developed skills to provide nuanced resolutions to customers. After one year, you will have mastered complex problem-solving, started developing technical skills through dedicated training programs, and become an expert in managing priorities and working efficiently within a team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess fluency in Polish, English, and Spanish, be ready to work on shifts during business hours, demonstrate independence and curiosity in searching for solutions, and possess great customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to manage priorities, work efficiently within a team, and be willing to work with new technologies and develop your skills.
