The role of Technical Support Specialist at Genpact is a dynamic opportunity for individuals to provide high-level technical advice, consultation, and troubleshooting for internal and external customers.

This position is part of the Technical Support Organization, which endeavors to provide expert technical guidance and support to clients worldwide.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and thorough responses to inquiries from customers, generating and maintaining proper complaint documentation, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all technical inquiries and product issues.

You will also contribute to team goals and objectives through active participation, promote Professional Services, and actively support areas of empowerment and continuously improve team processes to create a more efficient work environment.

  • Deliver prompt and thorough responses to customer inquiries
  • Generate and maintain proper complaint documentation
  • Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Field personnel
