Sales Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team at LeasingTeam Professional. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their monthly sales goals. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying, managing, and activating leads/trials, processing orders from customers, sales reps, and partners accurately and efficiently, cleaning the database by updating records, qualifying or disqualifying accounts, and handling administrative tasks for key account management. You will also be responsible for communication with customers, partners, and internal team members, as well as participating in team and sales events. Additionally, you will support the organization with special projects, basic data analysis, process documentation improvement, customer reconciliation or collection, and administrative activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have sales experience, customer and service orientation, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and confident handling of ERP systems and CRM software like MS Dynamics 365. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, English at an advanced level, and knowledge of German as an added advantage. A friendly and confident demeanor, high reliability, and passion for details are also essential.
