Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at WLG. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and dealers in the Czech Republic and other EU regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers and dealers.
  • Participate in global support team training and seminars overseas.
  • Monitor system performances and provide technical training and information updates to dealers technicians.
  • Cooperate with dealers and sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support activity reporting in the CRM system.
  • Escalate to tear 3 following the SLA defined by the HQ.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in robotics/mechatronics technical support.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in IT/networking/Windows environment.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Frontal and online training skills.
  • Highly disciplined, motivated, and able to self-manage one's time/tasks.
  • Languages: Czech - Mother tongue, English - Very good verbal and writing/reading skills.
