Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and business support to our clients, utilizing your knowledge of apps support procedures and concepts.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how apps support collectively integrates to contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technology groups, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures, concepts and of other technical areas.
  • Participation in some process improvements.
  • Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices.
