Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with our engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and report technical issues and resolutions in our issue management system
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent communication in English and Polish
  • Understanding of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Bash
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
