Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at b2bnetwork. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance and support services to both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical assistance and support services to users via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
* Process and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
* Analyze and troubleshoot reported incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
* Escalate complex issues to domain-specific support lines as necessary
* Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, and descriptions on using IT systems

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
