Job Title: User Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Specialist to join our team at Arηs Developments Hellas. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support services to both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide high-quality technical assistance and support services to users
  • Analyze and troubleshoot reported incidents to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to domain-specific support lines as needed
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and support service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (tier 1, 2, 3)
  • Excellent understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
  • Excellent knowledge of IT end-user infrastructure, workstations, operating systems, and directory services
  • Good knowledge of server operating systems and TCP/IP networking
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL, especially incident and request fulfillment processes
