Job Summary

Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Yonder. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web interface
  • Act as a product technical liaison between support and development teams
  • Communicate technical product and solution expertise to internal and external customers
  • Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships
  • Expertly utilize support tools to expedite case resolution

Requirements

  • DBMS (e.g. SQL, Oracle) for application support
  • Code debugging in relevant programming languages
  • IT/SAAS application support
  • Proactive support and operations improvement ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English language for effective client communication
  • Knowledge of additional European language (e.g. German, French, Italian)
