Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DSV. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer support related to web-based applications, websites, and online services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our web-based products and services.
  • Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to clients for utilizing our web applications effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues using a ticketing system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Perform quality assurance and website testing to ensure user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a web support or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and web hosting platforms.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web browsers.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
