About our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Leader to join our growing Samsung Ads team. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading a scrum team in building highly resilient cloud-based services. You will also translate business requirements into best solutions for the advertising industry, helping us to build modern and effective systems which we will use to deliver targeted ads to our users.

As a Technical Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our ad tech platform. If you're passionate about building cutting-edge advertising solutions and have a solid background in leading scrum teams, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team using technical skills and soft skills by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of skilled programmers
  • Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
  • Have sound decision-making skills where you choose the best course of action even in complex situations
  • Implement best practices for software development and coding standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in software development
  • Strong expertise in technologies we use (listed above)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to make high-level design choices and enforce technical standards
  • Proficiency in English, enough to communicate and understand technical documentation
