Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real business projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our brand marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of local brand marketing activities for a selected group of products in our portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of our brand marketing strategy and innovation pipeline.
  • Collaborate with agencies to prepare marketing materials and creative projects.
  • Support the development of shopper marketing programs.
  • Participate in product artwork development processes.
  • Collect and analyze market, media, and finance data, and prepare reports and suggestions for actions.
  • Closely cooperate with Retail teams across CEE markets.
  • Cross-functional contacts with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Regulatory Departments to manage ongoing and future projects.
  • Day-to-day support to the Regional Marketing team in brand management tasks.
  • Translate and prepare materials in English and Polish.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Economy, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing processes from studies or previous internships or experiences.
  • Very good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage numerous contacts both inside and outside the company.
  • High analytical skills to analyze data, compare results, and suggest solutions.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, including managing large amounts of data in MS Excel.
  • Independent, willing to learn from the team, and willing to take on challenges.
