Role Overview

The Program Operations Manager, EU FBA Defect Reduction will drive Cost of Customer Returns for Amazon and Sellers by eliminating Sellers' pain points related to customer returns. This role requires a creative, dynamic, and experienced professional with strong analytical abilities, relationship-building skills, and superb project management capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • E2E knowledge of FBA Customer Returns and major drivers of costs due to items that are not returned after being refunded to the customers.
  • Scalable solutions to reduce Amazon controllable returns.
  • Identify input metrics, metric owners, align goals with respective owners, monitor, and share progress on these metrics with stakeholders.
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly mechanisms to drive visibility on defect reduction initiatives and performance.
  • Work with Ops and Tech teams to develop processes and products to identify and reduce defects.
  • Forecast defect reduction plan and financial impact and lead OP1, OP2, and 3YP.
  • Lead funding discussions for product and process initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Cross-functional experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • FC Operations (Return Logistics) experience is a plus.
