Overview

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services with 270 million paid memberships in over 190 countries. We're looking for a Recruiter to identify and engage top engineering talent while coaching our hiring partners to make smart recruiting and hiring decisions. As a Talent Acquisition team, we focus on finding great talent, anticipating business needs, and coaching our hiring partners to hire successfully. We don't solely focus on metrics to determine success. Instead, we also look at the qualitative impact in the form of coaching moments, successful long-term hires, and driving a forward-thinking streamlined recruiting process.

The Role

As a Recruiter, you will:
  • Partner closely with the HRBP for CEE to ensure efficient ways of working and embrace being part of a highly collaborative environment.
  • Predominantly recruiting for suitable talent across our engineering teams but also be flexible and recruit across other teams in Poland where required.
  • Build excellent working relationships with the business, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure we are an employer brand of choice in the region.
  • Engage and hire top talent, leveraging data and market insights to influence the recruiting strategy.
  • Emphasize the value of inclusive hiring processes and building diverse teams.
  • Identify talent, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to opportunities within Netflix.
  • Ensure that candidate motivations, interests, and values align with our unique culture of freedom and responsibility.
  • Work directly with hiring managers, HRBPs, researchers, and coordinators throughout the recruiting life-cycle.
  • Partner cross-functionally with our Inclusion Recruiting Programs partner, Talent Operations, Talent Intelligence, Compensation, Tax, Legal, Workplace, and US TA teams.
  • Use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own multiple requisitions, and balance moving quickly while providing a great candidate experience.
  • Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
