We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Specialist to join our dynamic team at Software Mind Poland. As a key member of our Employer Branding & Communications Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging Employer Branding strategies that showcase our company culture and values.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, or a similar field, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment. You should have a strong command of both English and Polish (C1 level), both written and spoken. Experience in social media management, project coordination, and collaboration with external vendors/partners is highly valued.

In this role, you will:

  • Support internal stakeholders in executing various EB initiatives and ensuring high-quality internal communications.
  • Coordinate internal and external events such as meetups, conferences, knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, job fairs, open days, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Foster the growth of our Development Guilds and ensure their achievements are communicated across the organization.
  • Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Create inspiring EB materials, including photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Understand our target audience and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Research and stay on top of EB trends and innovations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to managing equipment and resources.
  • Collaborate with and learn from our top-tier EB & Communications team.
