Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Reporting Expert to join our team in the Global Business Service Center. As a key member of our Strategic Insights team, you will play a critical role in generating actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex reports that provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights team based in various markets.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports using advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate.
  • Aid the Center Process Manager in reviewing new market requests.
  • Enhance and manage analytical projects.
  • Share and capture market knowledge, onboard new team members.
  • Manage various projects within and cross-functionally.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing basics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics.
  • 4-5 years relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center Experience, or any related industry.
  • Strong command of the English Language (fluent oral and written).
  • Good communication skills - ability to effectively communicate with Marketing Directors / SI managers.
  • Managerial Skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • MS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT).
  • Automation / Macro / SAP / SQL would be an advantage.
