Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Control Officer to join our team at W. R. Grace & Co. This role will be responsible for coordinating MOC requests, processing and tracking deadlines, and maintaining MOC tables. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate MOC requests for products and raw materials, ensuring timely processing and deadline tracking.
  • Review and maintain SME lists in the MOC process, working closely with Corporate Quality as needed.
  • Maintain product and raw material data in SAP, collaborating with the Manila team.
  • Plan and implement inspection plans for Worms, ensuring compliance with QM processes.
  • Coordinate supplier specifications for purchased products, including packaging.
  • Create and maintain material numbers in SAP for finished and semi-finished products.
  • Support other departments related to the MOC process.
  • Optimize TCO SharePoints Europe to provide essential information.
  • Act as a contact for other Grace subsidiaries regarding product specifications, test methods, and specification agreements.
  • Process Manager for various SOPs and work instructions.
  • Support documentation and tracking activities in the QM area.
  • Contribute to special QM projects.
  • Deputy for TCO as needed.
Requirements
  • Technical and/or scientific education.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Independent and proactive approach.
  • Strong process- and result-oriented work style with high precision and customer focus.
  • High readiness for detailed documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Several years of experience in laboratory or production.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office, SAP, LIMS, SharePoint skills.
  • German language skills advantageous.
