- Strategy Development: Propose and implement automation strategies that align with our mobile development goals, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing error rates, and shortening development cycles.
- Tool Integration: Evaluate existing testing tools and technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and integration to create a more cohesive QA environment.
- Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and technical challenges. Help define clear automation requirements and technical specifications that align with business goals.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a key technical contact between the QA team and other departments, including Product Development and User Experience, to continuously improve the quality and functionality of our mobile applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ Years Experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years of experience in mobile application testing
- Expertise in Mobile Automation: Proficient with Appium or similar mobile testing frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework, Espresso, XCTest).
- Programming Skills: Strong coding skills in languages such as Kotlin , Python, or Swift, capable of writing scalable and maintainable automation scripts.
- Experience with SauceLabs
- Familiarity with Mobile Development Environments: Extensive knowledge of mobile development platforms, SDKs, and the mobile release process on both iOS and Android.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical details and project requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
