We are a global animal healthcare company seeking an experienced HRIS Business Partner Lead to join our Warsaw team. This role is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to ensure Workday meets organizational needs.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Workday meets organizational needs.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
- Lead a team to configure Workday according to best practices and business requirements.
- Analyze system issues, drive resolutions, and lead project implementations, including upgrades and data conversions.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HRIS systems, including audit processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience: At least 7 years in HRIS, specifically with Workday configuration in at least three modules (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence), experience leading a configuration team, and demonstrated expertise partnering with stakeholders.
