Role Overview:

The International Sales Leader position at TN Poland offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the company's export business and international sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving growth and achieving company targets through the development and execution of strategic sales plans
  • Fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Making strategic decisions at operational and team management levels to achieve goals

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales strategy development and active sales management. If you have a deep understanding of the sealant or construction chemistry industry and can promote cooperation within the company and with collaboration partners in export markets, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer management and attraction; Experience with export
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role
  • Experience in sales strategy development and active sales management
  • Leadership and management skills
