Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving company targets through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the company's export business and international sales team
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve company targets
  • Fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales strategy development and active sales management, you will be responsible for making strategic decisions at operational and team management levels to achieve goals. If you have experience in sales, customer management and attraction, with a focus on export, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer management and attraction; Experience with export
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role
  • Experience in sales strategy development and active sales management
