About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our sales operations in Poland, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.

The Regional Director will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and audits to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
