As a Regional Sales Director at TN Poland, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing revenue in your designated region. Your primary goal is to develop and execute strategies that increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing order intake and sales performance for Imaging Systems equipment
- Ensuring continuity of the relationship with hospital and medical institution clients
- Identifying opportunities for customers within the dedicated portfolio
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- University degree; a medical educational background would be an asset
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Imaging Systems and proficiency in relevant marketing and sales techniques
- Fluency in English and Polish, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High level of business acumen and readiness for frequent travel
