As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering training programs that drive sales performance and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and training, with experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will require excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales knowledge and performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- IDentify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions in partnership with HR and commercial leaders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring sales reps and providing coaching.
- Ensure alignment with Smith+Nephew's global selling process and competency frameworks.
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience – 5+ years in sales (preferably in medical devices) or training/learning roles. Expertise in Sports Medicine is a plus.
- Skills – Strong facilitation and presentation skills, excellent communication, deep understanding of sales processes, ability to manage stakeholders, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (C1)
