Regional Sales Leader

Nobel Biocare is looking for a Regional Sales Leader to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing and future accounts in the Silesian Voivodeship province.
Key responsibilities include defining a plan for the territory, establishing productive customer relationships, organizing commercial activities, and implementing marketing strategies. You will also ensure data quality and accuracy, communicate perceptions to the Regional Sales Manager, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create better customer-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial or business management degree and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the health sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as a valid driving license and fluency in the local language.
